I want to become the leader of the hospital for three main reasons:
1. Strong Leadership Experience:- I have a proven track record of leadership in other organizations including my time as the leader of Inferno and holding high ranking positions in other organizations. My experience in managing teams making strategic decisions and ensuring smooth operations will allow me to bring strong leadership to the hospital.
2. Desire to Improve the Hospital’s Reputation and Efficiency:- Given my past experiences I understand how organizations function and how to optimize them for success. I want to make the hospital a well structured and respected institution ensuring that it operates at its best by maintaining discipline efficiency and professionalism among the staff.
3. A New Challenge and Opportunity for Growth:- While I have extensive experience in criminal organizations, leading the hospital presents a different kind of challenge. Introducing events like mass casualty incidents disease outbreaks or high risk surgeries will keep hospital RP dynamic and exciting.
3. Strengthen External Interactions:- Collaborating with law enforcement criminal groups and businesses will create deeper RP opportunities such as treating criminals under police supervision or hosting public medical workshops.
