Hello sir, as you can see in the BODYCAM that Liberty from the timestamp 4:56 to 6:13 there was only 4 members who entered in the zone and only 7 seconds is allowed which is breaking the rule GH 2.25 and the member named RpLucky Rplucky didn't entered the zone there was a street race on the location of COT and he was in the race
