As you can see in the BODYCAM at timestamp 01:26 that the player named DeadEye Seraph enter the paint factory event with his personal car and driven the vehicle inside the paint factory event area
And at the timestamp 05:38 the player named Awoo Ryoo shooted out of the area of the paint factory event it is clearly ER 1.4
