1. The main reason to become gang leader of Los nomadas is i have good experience in gang in past. i was highcommand of Liberty and los nomadas. i have good experience in ghetto.
2.I have enough knowledge of gangs as am hc in gangs and handled many situations so I think I will be leader of Los nomadas.
3.I also have knowledge about state organisation but I always wanted to be leader of gangs because I always wanted that all ppls will be in rp and I always wanted to reach the rules to ppls and wanted they will follow them

3. If anyone want to join a gang he need to pass through the a proper process first he should be the enough age to join a gang after that he will give interview and will also see the player past experience and will see also that he is in good behaviour with his junior and with his seniors.
4. Making a HR team who will take interview of people and they will guide low rank members and beginner's that they will tell that how a gang run and about event like paint factory, capture of territory, robbing a military base they will answer all doubts of low rank member and beginner's players
