2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
As a former Leader of Liberty Gang, deputy gang leader on the en1, en2, and en3 servers in Grand RP for more than four to five terms, I have proven my leadership abilities and know how to handle an organisation without receiving warnings. Given my vast experience in gang and event management.
If I get it, I'll focus on gang events and take control of them, such qqqas Army Raid, Gang turfs, Graffiti, Paint Factory, Robberies and specially Terrorist Attacks. I'll also do everything in my power to teach people about the rules and legislation.
I've worked in the legal profession as well, so I understand how gang-related activities works from a legal standpoint. I'll make sure that everything works out correctly from both the legal and criminal sides.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Ensuring that everyone is informed about the activities and rules before they joining organisation.
Because I am a very organised person, this will be helpful when organising meetings and events, ensuring that everyone is ready 15 to 25 minutes before the start of the event.
Checking that everyone is doing the correct actions/negotiations.
Everyday events, like Army Raids, Paint Factory, are noted and managed properly
Owning ghetto "King of Ghetto" features active meeting points, graffiti, and general RP scenarios without any breaking of the rules. Again known as terrorist.
I would start by rewarding people that are active, attend events, and win for the gang with bonuses. This would motivate members to work hard, want to win, and be involved, as well as reward them for achieving gang task.
Again making powerful and highest salary organisation in RP grand.
