As a leader, I would utilize this experience to maintain discipline and guide the gang towards success.
• Rule Knowledge: I have a deep understanding of all the essential rules for crime organizations and the state’s regulations, ensuring that I keep everything in line with the expectations. My dedication to maintaining rules would help strengthen the Vipers.
• State Experience: In addition to my gang leadership experience, I have served as a Colonel of HRT, as well as a Deputy Minister in the Government, which has given me a well-rounded skill set to manage both internal and external operations within an organization.

• Enhanced Team Coordination: I believe that a cohesive and tightly-knit team is the foundation for any gang’s success. I would focus on improving communication and teamwork, which would lead to more effective operations.
• Training and Mentorship: We could implement training sessions and mentorship programs for lower-ranked members, helping them understand the rules better and improve their skills in gang activities, such as events and kidnappings.
• Stronger Roleplay Guidelines: To enhance our RolePlay experience, we could create specific scenarios and events that require all members to engage in creative and realistic roleplay, promoting immersive gameplay while sticking to the gang’s objectives.
