1. Good leadership skills: I have really good leadership skills as I can communicate with my members really great I will listen to their suggestions and try to make everything better
2. Experience in the organisation: The Experience I have in bothe state orgs and criminal organisations will help me be better at making the gang the best
3. Skills: I have skills to lead my team to battle with a good plan and I have the ability to make a plan during any situations which will help making strategic plan's that will help us win more
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.:
1. The first thing I will do to improve vipers is bringing strictness to the gang while having the fun as well I will try to be as strict as possible while having fun
2. I will try to train them everyday which will help them improve their skills and knowledge about fighting and I try to make the communication better and try to be friendly with them so they can share the problem their facing in gang so I can fix them
3. As their leader it is my job to be the best of myself so I can fulfil my duty to make the gang the best so I will introduce new systems which will help new members gain experience and will try to keep a friendly environment so everyone respects eachother as that will be good for communicating
