Answers
1) I got my first job in the government and since then I have been working in the government. I have worked in the government for 2 terms, specifically in the USSS department. I have worked in the government from Agent 1 to USSS Director and am still working in the post of CM. I have seen the work of the Governor very closely. I have gone for inspection with the Governor and Deputy Governor many times and have also attended many Events with them , so I have a good knowledge of the work of the Governor.That is why I wish that I get a chance to lead the government in which I got my first job.
2)From my experience so far, I have seen many things that need improvement. I have many good suggestions for the city and the government, which can be implemented only after becoming the Governor For example, the city needs new traffic rules, we need to work on it as soon as possible.
3)According to me, it is very important for a governor to have discipline. He should have value for his post and he should have value for the time of others. He should be humble and intelligent. If the governor is not active and is corrupt, then his negative impact will be felt on other organisations as well. Therefore, it is very important for the city to have a good governor.

My Suggestion:-
-> I will organize bonus and promotion ceremony every week to encourage the hardworking employees and motivate them to work enthusiastically in government .
-> To maintain better coordination between the government and citizens and other organizations, I will try to organize at least Two event every week.
-> I will try to bring intelligent and active people in the government and for this I will bring such people in HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT who have good knowledge, are active and do not believe in any kind of corruption.
-> I will try to make the system of the Department of Justice as easy as possible so that citizens can get justice quickly and I will try to ensure that attorneys are available in the city for most of the time.
-> Training sessions will be held 3 times a week for USSS agents in which their seniors will give them training on things like rules and regulations, convoy training, event security training, shooting training etc which will greatly improve their skills.
-> I will inspect the city law enforcement organization and state organization at least 3 times a week and will give award to the best organization after every 2 weeks so that other organizations will also get inspiration to do good work.
