2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
-> I want to be leader of the Organisation 'Goverment' due to some following reasons:
1. As in RP GRAND, I have been a lot of months playing this game. As I think that in term of experience I will come in Top-100 players but still there is one thing left that I hav not perfomed, that is Leadership. So due to this, there is a aim of mine to be leader of state, specially Goverment.
2. As I have worked in government as High Command Rank for a wide range of time as I have a lot of experience in the State, especially in Goverment. I have worked as Minister in government, so there is a dream of mine to be governor, So this is also one of my reason to be Governor.
3. I want to handle the leadership of government because, I know almost all the rules must be followed by Governor, Working of Government and work of each rank.
As through my this knowledge, I can perform the roleplay more perfectly.
4. I want to be leader because, As Minister in government, I have seen some blunders related to officers and to cure that one blunders in the system of government, I want to be Governor.
5. As goverment is my 1st organisation which I have joined, So there is my dream to be leader of my 1st organisation.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
-> My adviced ways to improve the Roleplay are as follows:
- There will be follow of every Roleplay rules.
- I will, myself maintain the RolePlay such that we can say that five (5) bad cops in our Government Organization as it is rule that there can be give (5) bad officers can be there in a state organisation.
- The 5 officers who will be selected as Bad Cops, I will personally tell them that bios can be there and I will tell them rules that must be followed by a bad cop.
- I will try my best to give High Command ( HC ) ranks to the most deserving persons.
- I will take strict actions for any rule breaker either he/she is in our Government or any citizen.
- I will usually do inspection of each Law Enforcement Organizations/ State Organisation in order to maintain the RP.
- In the end of Two Weeks, I will announce the Best Organisation, So that left organisation will try to be more active snd gain that best organisation position.
- I will try my best to hire a good human resources team and no type corruption will done ( According to rules).
- I will make sure that in Goverment Organisation , All the Junior Officials/trainees/rookies should be aware about ghe rules and codes of procedures, and further more trainings done in Government by Human Resources Department.
- I will make sure that every Government Official must maintain honesty. But this can carry upto five (5) bad cops.
- I will make sure to organise 1-2 events
weekly in order to maintain the rule.
