2.. I want to be leader of liberty organization because in my career of grand rp and rp grand I have faced and experienced many organizations... I have experienced every single state organization in my grand rp and rp grand history my hard work paid off when I became the leader of Bloods grand rp .. my journey in rp grand started in the last month of 2024 ... In these months I learned very much and gained very much experience. Now I want to Become the leader of liberty because I wanna take a leadership and make the term best ...
2.2 liberty is a gang in rp grand with good also some bad history so I want to experience as a leader of this best gang . So as per me liberty is the best gang to take leadership of . So that's why I want to be a part of liberty leaders and grow this organization in these 1 month . I will conquear the best knowledge of mine and male this term successful
2.3 in my term I will work on just one moto one mindset Respect everyone... No nepotism no biassness everyone will be treated equally ... Those who need promotion will get promotion those who doesn't need promotion they won't get promotion ... So team building will be our biggest challenge but with my and my team power we will build a team of liberty
3. Suggestions to improve roleplay into organization is . First of all biassness nepotism is the main villain into workplace if someone gets biased think that the org will be unsuccessful. To do everyone should have same mindset same thing I don't care about ranks I don't care about Power just think you are a member of this organization grow this organization work hard till you get success
