Additional Information:
1. Leader for: Media
2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
• Experience in Media Departments: I have hands-on experience in the Ads team of the Media organization at a normal rank, where I worked on creating impactful and engaging advertisements. While my rank was not at a leadership level, I gained significant insights into how to manage creative processes, work with teams, and develop meaningful advertisements. With this foundation, I can now take media to a new height as its leader.
• Experience in Other Organizations: Alongside my media experience, I have served as a High Command in the Army and as a Deputy Minister in the Government. These roles have equipped me with leadership skills, the ability to manage large teams, and a deep understanding of roleplay rules and scenarios.
• Passion for Roleplay and Media Development: My primary goal is to improve roleplay within the Media organization. By focusing on its three core departments—Creative, Journalism, and Ads Team—I aim to build a stronger, more engaging structure. I want to provide every player who dreams of being part of the media with a realistic and rewarding experience.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization:
• Enhance Department Coordination: Focus on building a strong connection between Creative, Journalism, and Ads teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Each department will have defined responsibilities, but they will collaborate to create more realistic and high-quality content.
• Fact-Checking and Accurate Journalism: Implement strict fact-checking protocols for journalism to avoid spreading misinformation. This will ensure that the news provided to the community is credible and roleplay-oriented.
• Creative Advertising and Community Engagement: Introduce a bonus system for advertisers to encourage innovative and engaging ads that involve the community, such as promoting in-game businesses, organizations, and events.
• Interactive Media Events: Organize live broadcasts, interviews with leaders of different organizations, and coverage of large-scale events to immerse the community further into roleplay.
• Training Programs for New Recruits: Conduct regular training sessions for recruits in all three departments to ensure that they understand their responsibilities, follow all rules, and contribute to roleplay effectively
