2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1. So it has been two months since I have started playing in Rp Grand. I think its the Right Time to Become Leader of Hospital and Lead the Org And Make it on top as it has been always and If I get leadership I will prove myself and Lead the Org for Full 30 days of Term. I am Playing RP Servers From a Very Long Time And During this whole period I was always fascinated about the medical field. Even in RP GRAND The First Org I joined was HP. I Have Good Decision Making Skills And I Know How Things Works in HP.
2. I worked under Shadow Bhavay Sir and have a very great moment with Sir. I worked with HP for one term and worked my way up to COHR (Chief of Human Resources). Our Honorary Chief Shadow Bhavay granted me the position of COHR because of my diligence and ability to enhance the roleplay. I have the patience to teach any of my staff about HP, and I am well-versed in the subject. I'm skilled at keeping the staff and the organization free from conflict. It was an epic experience for me , at first I joined as a trainee , I worked so hard and working professionals recognised my hardwork skills and dedication towards hospital services and I got a boost in my rank and achieved COHR
3. My goal is to assemble a group of people who can work together to improve HP as an organization and establish its credibility going forward. I'll make an effort to inspire them and allow them lots of chances to demonstrate their aptitude and leadership to others. I'll support them by hosting a lot of events. I Will Hire Employees from All Time Zone and Keep Org active 24x7. And Try to Finish Term without Any Warnings.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
1. Recruitment dates and Interview dates and timings will be announced first before the recruitment drive starts which avoids people asking for recruitment in lobbies.
2. I will hire more people for night shift, as lobbies get pretty much empty during the night hours.
3. Improvising the training structure where employee gets to know basic and general rules about HP charter before signing it
4. No favoritism towards employees
5. My last promise is if be the Leader of Hospital I will ensure every role will provide services they are designated to.
