With over a year of gaming experience in Role Play and with the experience of three months in fbi , And in the journey from trainee to assistant director under the leadership of MR.MARLEGA, I learned a lot in this journey and learned how a leader runs an Organisation. My role has allowed me to mentor and train new players . I help them grasp the concept of Role Play and the importance of developing an in-game personality for their character.

2. Rank system: FBI Ranking system is good but I want to make some changes and modifications like I will remove Humans resources from ic and add chief of staff
3. Rewards: Giving rewards for good work and fair Role play conducting meeting every weekend.
