2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
- FBI organisation is very interesting for me and was also a part of FBI organisation. I want to improve rank system of FBI and many other changes that I want to do.
- If I be a leader the new joiners of FBI will be full trained about rules and regulations of FBI. FBI should be taken care of that no rules break by FBI. In first 3 days we complete new joiners training like macros and fines, arrest and pda , understanding of violation codes.
- As a leader we also have to communicate with our organisation curators and admins , also have to give more time to team (our staff of FBI) . As a leader I give time 7 hours in a day because every organisation needs active leader. In this way I improve my organisation and rules and regulations should be followed all staff members achieve respect whether it is junior or senior, all treated politely. I never do discrimination of post as I seen in last term.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organizat
ion.
- Role play in fbi should be improved in fbi by just three days of new joiners , we train them in three days so they achive knowledge than they also able to perform there duties and this way the work become interesting for them.
