1. Since day I got into Grand RP. hospital was the only organization I wanted to join . And I did manage to join in Oct31 that makes it more than 3 months. I been giving everything I had to the organization. And I want to keep giving everything I have. as days pass the organization become like a family to me and just as family I want to be helpful . And become a one of the reasons that made our organization thrive. My goal is to help our organization stays the best organization in the city.
2. I worked under bose pandi .kavi Tamil .and shadow bhavay i. Watched everyone of them add their touch to the organization to become the organization we know today . The best organization in the city . Currently I hold the position of COS making me in charge of the FTO department . Working hard that our recruits get enough training that will make them able to handle their duty's with best performance and the highest professionalism
3. My goal is to assemble a group of people who can work together to improve HP as an organization and establish its credibility going forward. I'll make an effort to inspire them and allow them lots of chances to demonstrate their aptitude and leadership to others. I'll support them by hosting a lot of events. I Will Hire Employees from All Time Zone and Keep Org active 24x7. And Try to Finish Term without Any Warnings.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
1. I will make it easier for employees to perform more RP situations like complicated surgeries
2. I will hire more people for night shift, as lobbies get pretty much empty during the night hours.
3 . Will try to increase the income of the organization so we will be able to hire more employees .
4. Schedule meetings in hospital with citizens to get to know more about the organization.
5. Charity events to gather donations to hospital from our beloved citizens
6. Make a schedule for each employee that they have to follow to make sure the lobby is covered 24/7
