2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)

I have been a part of Media for a long time, and during this period, I have encountered many positive and negative experiences. Throughout my time here, I have closely followed the developments in this organization. Compared to other leaders, I want to initiate a new era in Media.

I aim to ensure that Media remains innovative and dynamic, always connecting people with different and creative plans rather than staying passive like other organizations. I am committed to ensuring that employees stay highly motivated while working within the organization.

Whenever help is needed, I will do my best to foster a strong work ethic in the organization. I believe I will have a successful term with my dedicated and talented team, and I want people to think positively of me as a leader.


3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Here are some things in my mind, which will improve role play in organization

Bring the employees back to HQ, right now the HQ is basically always empty unless someone is sleeping somewhere inside. However if we put the creative staff in the art room , ads in the bull pin (Area with all the computers), and Journalists in the studios talking with each other, and helping each other on their work it will lead to deeper conversations and a better-trained staff. Right now Media is a bunch of Freelancers doing a job and competing against each other for ads, tickets, and article slots. Let's fix that by instead creating a community of artists, writers, and detail-originated individuals.

I'll make sure that me and my fellows are adhering with the server rules to ensure the organization's success.
We will try to host regular events and I'll make sure there is good RP in those events.
We will try to make a global 24/7 organization by hiring members from across the globe, from different time zones.
We will try to come up with new and amazing ideas to ensure the engagement and entertainment of our fellows as well as our citizens.
we will try our best to give Media, the success, respect and reputation it really deserves.

JOURNALISM DEPARTMENT -
Journalism team also actively involves themselves in RP scenarios by covering various events throughout the city but they are only making articles as of now, I haven't seen video journalism or daily news kind of thing. And I want to ensure that there will be journalism videos and maybe daily news also.
Leader Interviews: Weekly interviews with leaders will provide valuable insights and promote transparency.
Breaking News: The team will prioritize capturing impactful events

CREATIVE DEPARTMENT -
Creative needs to be less about waiting for a ticket to come through on the email and more about event planning and marketing. We need them even the lower ranks to be out there talking with people meeting the needs of the city. We should always be planning a party and making business deals with Business owners. This change in focus of Creative will now give them opportunities to earn bonuses and have work to do in between working on tickets and events.

ADS DEPARTMENT -
ADs Department To ensure continuous coverage throughout the day, we’ll hold regular open applications and maintain a reliable team of staff. My COO and I will personally oversee the assessment process to prevent cheating and ensure that only Trainees who truly understand our policies are approved. Additionally, we will oversee the publication of all ads, ensuring they are accurately published and at the night time.
