→ I want to lead the FBI because it’s a critical organization responsible for maintaining law and order, and I believe I have the skills and mindset to make it stronger. Being a leader is about taking responsibility, ensuring discipline, and building a team work.
I. I want to create a system where everything runs smoothly. From daily tasks to special operations, I’d ensure everyone knows their role and can perform at their best.
II. The FBI can only succeed if its members work together. I want to build a strong team where everyone is properly trained, motivated, and feels like an important part of the organization.
III. I want to set high standards for the organization and lead by example. My experience in managing teams, handling tough situations, and making decisions under pressure will help me guide the FBI toward success.
IV. As the leader of the FBI, I will focus on creating a disciplined, professional, and motivated team that stands out for its quality of role-play and effective handling of responsibilities. I believe in teamwork, growth, and setting high standards for everyone to follow. With the right leadership and vision, I am confident in taking the FBI to new heights while maintaining the trust and respect of the state.
Q.3. Your advice for improving roleplay in the organisation?
I. Organisation will be conducting regular training sessions so due to this FBI agents can deal with situations like raids , under cover missions.
II. Strict rules will be implemented, and every agent will follow them to maintain professionalism. If anyone fails to follow the rules especially high commands will be getting strict punishment.
III. Any kind of mistakes made by new players will be given proper training and our high commands will be helping members to learn and Improve.
IV. Members with good activity and hard work will be recognised by their skills, experience and knowledge. If they are doing hard work for the organisation or anything important for the state they will be rewarded with promotion and they will be getting a chance for team leadership opportunities.
V. I will tie up with other state organizations for joint operations and better communication. This will improve coordination and help in tackling major crimes more efficiently this will also help state employees to gain more experience.
