2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this organization?
Experience: I have the HOD experience in media and under my guidance many trainees of the ads they reached at their goals and currently I am working as a commander in army as an HC and as a Senior HRT and a MP Agent and also an ex spec ops member.
Goals: My goals are that i want to make fbi the most successful organisation in all organisations and the fbi also has three departments and in army also have three departments so I know that all the army departments are related to the fbi and I know about all departments that's why I know like what are the goals for every department i have to make
Improvements: I’ve noticed many things that i think have changed in the fbi like training, recruitment, and teamwork, and I want to work on those bcoz I know the all members are doing hardwork but not teamwork and the teamwork is very important in all things and also the smart work.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization:
Training: Organize regular training sessions so agents can handle different situations better and I will also organise a training session in a week also.
Fun Events: Plan undercover missions, raids, and other cool activities to make RP more exciting so that's why my all members of fbi do their work by enjoying and this is the most exciting part that I am sure that my all members love this.
Teamwork: Work with other organizations to create bigger and better RP scenarios and I also make teams in different departments so that's why the work load of the members will also less.
