2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?
1. During my time as a trainee to Deputy Head of Department under the leadership of Nelson FX and later as an Deputy Director under Mr. Marlega, during the last term of the FBI, I gained knowledge and experience. This allowed me to understand roleplay (RP) and the responsibilities tied to leadership. I had the opportunity to develop skills in managing the team, understanding operations and making strategies for training and Role Play.
2. I understand how the FBI operates, both internally(OOC) and in Roleplay(IC). I have been trained in how to take interview and train new recruits, ensuring they work with the structure and expectations of the FBI. Additionally, I have gained knowledge in managing teams, collaboration, and leading them through Roleplay situation.
3. Playing RP Grand for nearly four months, I am thoroughly familiar with the server rules, penal codes, and best practices for RP. I strongly believe in creating an environment where players can enjoy RP, improve their skills, and contribute to the Roleplay community. My goal is to train individuals to perform, so they can experience the full depth of what RP has to offer.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay in the organization.
1. Human resource team : As there is already human resource team in the organisation and i was one of the HOD in the team, as a leader i want to make the HR team more effective, looking into the day to day functioning of FBI and will promote the officers based on their performance.
2. Training : FBI training system is good but I want to make some changes and modifications in it which I feel are missing so that it can be better than before. We know that training is very important for any organization.
