Q.2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?
I want to lead the viper gang because I know I have what it takes to make the gang better and stronger. I believe in teamwork and keeping everyone united while making decisions that benefit all of us. If someone makes a mistake, I’ll guide them back on track. My leadership style is simple: lead by example, treat everyone with respect, and stay focused on growing together.
I. I have a lot of experience leading teams, communicating well, and working with people. I know how to keep everyone organized and make decisions that are good for the gang.
II. I have an good experience of leadership skills, communication skills, team work and a good understanding skills.
III. I know how to handle tough situations, keep discipline in the gang, and make sure we don’t break any rules. I believe in running things the right way, so no one has complaints about our organization.
IV. I always focus on picking the right people for the team and training them properly. I want to help new members grow and make sure everyone gets the skills and support they need to succeed.
Q.3. Your advice for improving role-play in the organization
→ I will improve on my organisation in the following ways.
I. I'll make sure everyone gets proper training, especially for fights, negotiations, and handling hostages. My deputy leaders will be having proper training and experience to guide and assist new members, so that organisation will be having a good foundation.
II. I'll ensure that every member knows the rules and understands them well. I’ll personally guide new members and make sure they follow the right path.
III. I’ll keep everyone connected and focused on teamwork. Regular events and practice sessions will help us improve and stay sharp.
IV. Members who perform well and show dedication will be rewarded and I will promote then according to there skill, work, knowledge, Experience and situation management. This will keep everyone motivated and focused on doing there best.
