Q.2. why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (give three reasons with explanation).
I want to lead the Los nomads Gang because I believe in myself i can make good decision as a leader and i can make fast and interesting decision too!
1. I’m confident in my leadership skills. I’ve led teams in the past and always strive to create an environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and motivated. I’m able to make tough decisions when needed, but always with the best interests of the group in mind.
2.A successful RP group is built on strong bonds between members and leader . I want to create a supportive, friendly, and collaborative environment where every member feels welcome and like his home to contribute. I believe that a strong sense of community will not only improve roleplay but also make the experience more enjoyable for not only gang members but for everyone there will be no reason for disbanding of the organization other than 1 month of time period.
3. I am deeply committed to the future of Los Nomadas. I dont just want to lead for the short term my goal are to build a long lasting legacy. I want to make this gang most powerful and respected . Through careful planning, strategic and by attending all RP events, I believe we can achieve long-term success.
Q.3. Your advice for improving role play in the organization?
I will improve on my organization in the following ways.
1. I will try to select those people who have more experience and will give best training to new people like shooting practice etc..
2. I will Develop some amazing storylines that give each member a good role and drive the group’s narrative forward.
3. I will make the best deupty leader ,event leaders and HC's so that other members can work properly without comming in any pressure.
4. I will make sure that everyone will get a proper training about how to handle situations like hostage situation and also I will promote those people who deserve that post.
5 As we know that this gang is not so famous among other gangs so if i will become the leader of this gang i swear that this gang will go on the top among all the gangs.
6. i will create an open environment where members can give there feedback to me or HC's which will allow for the improvement of gameplay and help in evolving players interests. Being flexible with rules it will ensure the organization remains fresh and exciting for everyone.
