Q.2. why do you want to be the leader of this specific organisation?(give three reasons with explanation).
I want to lead the Viper Gang because I believe in my skills and ability to guide the group. As a leader, I can keep everyone united and make smart decisions that will help us grow stronger. If any team member makes a wrong decision, I’ll step in, give advice, and help them get back on the right path. I believe in leading by example, showing respect to everyone, and making sure we’re all moving forward together. My goal is to make the gang successful and ensure we all thrive as one team.
I. I have an good experience of leadership skills, communication skills, team work and a good understanding skills.
II. I have experience taking all the things which the leader should do?(how to handle my team in any situation) (how to maintain discipline in my organisation) (how should I not break any rule) etc...
III. I am picking old and new members as I help new members and my department gives proper training. The reason → I am expecting any other organisation or members don't complain in my organisation because my members don't break any rule and if I have a chance to be the leader.
Q.3. Your advice for improving role play in the organisation?
I will improve on my organisation in the following ways.
I. I will try to together more players in my organisation in comparison for others.
II. who are interested to join an organisation and I will help them explain all the rules and they get to the rules properly.
III. I will make sure all members get the help and support also if they need my help, even when I’m not available at that moment My deputy leaders will be having proper training and experience to guide and assist new members, so that organisation will be having a good foundation so due to this the organisation wouldn't face any problem and the organisation will be running in stady way.
IV. I will make sure that everyone will be getting training about fight and hostage situation and also I will promote then according to there skill, work, knowledge, Experience and situation management.
