2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation).
1. I want to be the leader of any crime organisation and have a better term in that I make sure not only among the other crime organisation even compared to state organisations los nomadas will be the best .
2. I can make the gangsters more powerful by giving them regularly training and instructions. I will make them more stronger , as now there are only less gangsters in los nomadas and too some are not trained properly.
3. I want to be leader in specially los nomadas because I want to make crimes more serious and the interviews for join this organisation will be getting serious and proper.
4. I want to be the leader for not only the purpose for salary or ect. I want to make this organisation more powerful than other organisations. As I viewed there is poor power and untrained people who take interviews normally.
5. I want to make my rp grand life experience fully by being a leader of los nomadas.
6. I promise my term ll be a great term and I ll try my best to grow this organisation.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Ans:1. They should maintain proper events and take proper interviews of citizens and manage teamwork and focus on improving on how they can win in raids.
2. They should focus on improving the members in the organization by attracting the citizens by their skills and abilities.
3. There should be atleast a low bonus system so gangsters are available when needed and their should be atleast 2-3 members available in the head quarters.
4. Work more on how to improve fighting skills and have regular training sessions and events and some joy time to be getting motivated and side by side they should also focus on crimes.
5. Especially hc should work a more bit harder and work on improving the chances for winning the raids while doing the raid on army base .
