Apology Letter for Discord Incident
Mujo Simba Sir,
I’m writing this to say I’m really sorry for what I did by joining another Discord channel and taking a role there. It was wrong, and I regret it deeply. I didn’t think things through, and now I understand how my actions might have hurt the trust you placed in me.
You’ve always been a great admin—fair, kind, and always ready to help whenever I or anyone else had questions. You’ve never ignored anyone, and I truly respect how you manage the community. I feel bad for letting you down and for not respecting the rules of this server.
I promise I’ve learned my lesson and won’t repeat this mistake ever again. I care about this community and the people in it, and I don’t want to lose my place here. I’m asking you to please give me one more chance and unban me from Discord. I promise to be better, follow all the rules, and never let you down again.
