Vipers were using personal car at PF.You can see in pov that Pali and rolex came by Huracon.And qazi came by a random battlepass car. and toni also came by a luxarious car.
As they were participating pf [A gang event], so they should use gangs car ! And those 3 were not gangs car!
So they break the E.R 1.9 rules. ,As they were 3+ ,so gang should get punishment
