Vipers were not using gangs car at gangs event ! And also they joined the zone after 13 miniutes ! That violates the rule 2.21 !

Note: At pov i had 10 hp vest ! Because of game glitch.I didnt use vest but my game crashed and i got automaticcaly 10 hp vest !
