We were in a normal race and he was the first person and won and I was second and when I reached the finish line he started shooting at my car I quickly turned on the body cam and he tried to kill me for no logical or realistic reason and he tried to kidnap me and even when I told him I had a body cam he didn't stop and he continued with that. Note: The video has no sound due to record .
